Thanks for stopping by. This site is a good place to slow down, sit down, and get down and chill for a bit while you learn about the incredibly powerful tool I have created. If pride were not the chief of the seven deadly sins I would be proud(prideful) of PIAD (Play In A Day).

So, I will just tell you that as PIAD created itself with each concept I was PLEASED and SURPRISED. SURPRISED? YES, SURPRISED. I WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE WITH EACH CREATIVE STEP I LOOKED OUT AND SAW THAT SOME BEAUTIFUL ADDITIONAL FACET TO THE METHOD WAS THERE on my mental horizon TO MAKE THE METHOD MORE POWERFUL AND BENEFICIAL.

I will be continually adding to this post (and other posts) primarily to tell you about me and how kukulele:PLAY IN A DAY came to be. And those two elements or notes are sometimes as inseparable as two notes and an interval.

If you want to follow other posts as they look into the features of the system that are more obviously popular then do not wade into this yet. I may be here a while.

I walk at least a mile a day and walk at least one five mile hike or more each week. I also put in 30 or 40 miles a week on my bicycle where I do most of my meditation. As I move about whatever area I am in I exercise. If I am at the sink in the kitchen I hold the sink front with both paws and do a quick 25 squats. If I am watching something I am not working at like a movie I will stretch the big rubber bungies as i sit. But the legs do not escape. Half the time one end of the band is around one of my feet. I have two twenty pound dumb bells. Several times a day I will left them and do 20 curls.

Watching anything on a monitor, a TV screen, means physical exercise. Unless it is a movie or concert. Then I, kukulele, play along on my baritone ukulele. OK, the movie is an unknown bet because you probably don’t know what kind of sound track you will get. Consider a known movie musician or muscial director when you pick a flick see if you can pick along. You will find that this is much easier when you are playing the PIAD method. Annnnnnd your ability to play anything anytime ad hoc is improved immensely when you make playing to sound tracks a habit. So, i do this regularly. Because I have a need to be accomplishing something most of the time.

So yeah I apply myself to practicing and exercising a lot. I am probably the healthiest septuagenarian in town. That means of the people in town in their seventies I am probably the healthiest. I am seventy eight years of edge, or age. I spent fifty years engineering software and still do. I write five or six hours a day. I play or write or discuss music three to six hours a day and that is growing as people buy my method and realize they also bought the right to ask me questions and/or look into the PIAD owner music database.

With that tip I will close this part of the ongoing relationship between Can Do Jack and his product PLAY IN A DAY.

Let me, please, just add another sentence or two why I tell you how active I am. In our culture govcorp inculcates generation gaps. OK, in my case three or more generations between you and me may exist. IN YEARS. Some of us old people are not only seventy something years of age. Some of us are simultaneousl 15; and 30; and 60; and then some us are in our eighties already.

Trust me! I am the septuagenarian you need. Come on along with me on future tips from the hip.
